If by mistake we send you the wrong product or bad size, we will gladly cover the cost of return. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, have changed your mind regarding your choice or have not been careful about the size selected, you will be responsible for returning the product at your expense and paying for the shipping of the item in exchange also.
In case of exchange, the item must be returned via the delivery service used by Bottes et Baskets. A slip will be sent to you by e-mail upon request. The return will have to be made within the fifteen days following the online purchase. If the item is not returned to the store via the postal service company initially used, Bottes et Baskets is not responsible for the shipping fees you will be charged. In case of exchange, the item must be returned in a condition identical to that in which it was purchased. In the case of a product exchange, all items must be returned in their original packaging, together with the original labels.

If an order is made from one of the mentioned territories, it will be reimbursed as soon as possible.
