All winter boots are guaranteed 6 months from the date of purchase, accompanied by the original invoice. No claim will be accepted without invoice. The warranty does not cover eyelets, zippers and laces.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and not to the normal wear and tear of the product, resulting from its use and/or lack of maintenance (scars, natural marks, variations in color that are inherent to the leather, exposure to intense heat, salt stains, etc ...).
The water resistance warranty does not apply to zippers or ornaments such as eyelets.
A defective product must be returned to the store when the problem is discovered. An inspection will be made by the manufacturer who will decide if the product needs to be repaired or replaced. This decision is at the discretion of the manufacturer and will be made within 7 to 10 business days.
As soon as salt stains appear on your boots, it is recommended to clean them quickly with a damp cloth. In the case of persistent stains, a mixture of vinegar and water should do the job, or a desalting product (available in store).
If necessary, apply an aerosol protector or a mink oil (for leather models), except for the brand Anfibio*.
No maintenance during the first season. Salt cleaning as soon as stains appear. After a few seasons, a spray protector for leather is recommended. Oils are prohibited for this brand and void the warranty.
